This tool from the Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) Technical Assistance (TA) Center is the low-tech version of the EOP ASSIST 3.0 Software and guides school emergency management professionals through the six-step emergency operations planning process. Internet is not required to use this resource.
