The REMS TA Center offers a suite of emergency management planning tools for school administrators, law enforcement and state officials. The tool can help develop emergency operations plans, conduct site assessments, revise EOPs and align their emergency planning practices with those at the national, state, and local levels.

This tool from the Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) Technical Assistance (TA) Center is the low-tech version of the EOP ASSIST 3.0 Software and guides school emergency management professionals through the six-step emergency operations planning process. Internet is not required to use this resource.
EOP ASSESS

This web application for school administrators, law enforcement, and state officials helps schools create and maintain a high-quality EOP. Users are guided through a series of questions relevant to the process of developing a high-quality EOP and receive a downloadable report providing customized information upon completion.
