The National Summit on K-12 School Safety and Security is a free, virtual event that combines discussion, education, engagement, and knowledge-sharing among school safety stakeholders. This 60-minute session will cover how educators can screen for psychosis and support families and elementary/middle/high school students with psychosis in their return to school. The session will include a discussion on the purpose of and strategies for approaching disclosure and review school accommodations that may be helpful for supporting the academic success of students with early psychosis and those at risk for psychosis.
